If you can squeeze 7-minutes of yoga into your schedule every day then you’ll begin to feel and look healthier. You should focus on your breathing and relaxing your muscles. The best time to do the yoga exercises are in the morning, about an hour-and-a-half after you wake up. If you are work at that time then do them before you go to work. If you are at home around 9 a.m. and able to do the workout at that time, it’s the optimal time.
