Is Yoga Or Meditation Better For Stress Relief?
Some people meditate. Others perform yoga. Some people do neither. A few of us do both. But if you are struggling with chronic stress, which is better for relief? Can you relax just the same with yoga as you can with meditation? Does it really matter?
To some people, it may matter. But the truth is, both yoga and meditation are viable solutions to stress relief. They each provide a relaxation benefit and if you perform them consistently you will see the level of stress lessen over time. It may even go away completely.
Of course, we all have different personalities and physiological natures. You may be more geared toward yoga than meditation. Someone else may be more geared toward meditation. That’s OK. The important thing is that you do away with the stress that is eating away at your joy. Do whatever works.
