Tthe bad health effects associated with stress should be enough to convince most people to start  a daily habit to help them reduce stress. The desire to beat one’s head against the wall should be another incentive to move one towards getting rid of the stress in their lives.

For most people, meditation, exercise and other activities will be enough to erase stress from their lives, but stress affects different people in different ways.
